Ben Michalak (they/them) is a content marketer specializing in copywriting, creative design, and campaign strategy.
In addition to freelance, Ben has worked in full-time content marketing roles for SingleCare, JC Law, 89.3 WGSU FM, and most recently RecRe. Ben has an interest in creative production, UX writing, and performance marketing, which they have pursued throughout their career.
Their work spans the production process, from content strategy to document creation to tracking performance indicators. Ben strives to produce effective content that informs, persuades, and captivates audiences. Furthermore, as the world of content creation and digital marketing rapidly evolves, Ben makes keeping up with the latest industry trends a priority.
Ben holds an MS in Professional Writing from NYU and a BA in English and Creative Writing from SUNY Geneseo. When they aren’t writing prose, Ben furthers their creative ambitions by writing music for guitar and playing the drumkit in a local Western Massachusetts band. They also love bouncing high-level marketing ideas off their cat, Milo.
